GENESIS AND PHILOSOPHY OF FIDEPE
The FIDEPE - Foundation International for the Development, the education, the Entrepreneurial and the Protection of the environment - is an organization of the civil society founded January 21, 1998 by a group of young militant men and women sensitized by the problems concerning the environment, the unemployment of youth and women, the questions concerning the lasting global development and the education for all.
FIDEPE is an international solidarity organization with associative and non-governmental character that works within the communities with groups of youngsters, women and men in the area of socio-cultural, economic and environmental transformation.
Its ambition is to build with the local populations a best world today and tomorrow. It carries everywhere where need imposes itself the acting words youth, the women and the weak men of which their opinions are often disregarded in the march of the society.
The FIDEPE foundation while actively entering into the sectors of the governance and the democracy social work of a way citizen and non violent in favor of the liberty of association to the daily; because in a world to aims capitalist, the associative environment is the ideal place of self-expression of all citizens without discrimination.
The FIDEPE foundation is an innovating organization that wants to be to be unique and particular. As an organization motivated in its founding engagements, FIDEPE is known for its professional approach founded on militancy. The FIDEPE foundation is independent and non partisan.
The FIDEPE foundation is active member many local, national and international networks as the network of the young for the drills of central Africa, a network bound to the conference of the humid forest ecosystems of central Africa.
THE OBJECTIVES OF THE FOUNDATION FIDEPE
In conformity with its founding vision, its mission and its engagements the FIDEPE foundation to for global objective of:
To encourage a collective conscience hold and a reaction citizen facing all relative questions to the development, to the education, the entrepreneurial and the protection of the environment.
In this sense the FIDEPE aims to:
To «make of the protection of the environment and the lasting development a problematic global to all levels of the society and in all surroundings.

To encourage the construction of the citizenship and the emergence of an active civic and ecological conscience.
To contribute actively to the promotion of the association liberty, of the associative militancy, the non violence and the democracy participative within the society.
OUR THEMATIC
The FIDEPE has six engagements:
1 - The education - aims to cultivate at the young and the set of the population public-spiritedness, the sense of the collective interest and the respect of the public property. By our educational action the awakening of the critical mind, and the weakening of the consciences facing the big environmental stakes and lasting development.
2 - The entrepreneurial - aims to fight against the crisis of the employment and the unemployment of youth and women 3 - The protection of the environment and health - aims to encourage a better to live for the generations of today and of tomorrow
4 - The lasting global development - aims to contribute to the ecological, social and economic blossoming of the populations, while allowing the posterity to benefit from work fruits of today.

Militancy and Associative Life day in 1998, FIDEPE instituted during its constituent general assembly, the date of January 21 as world day of militancy and the associative life.
ORGANIZATION AND STRUCTURE
Concerning organization, the FIDEPE foundation has a containing organization chart:
- A General Assembly of the delegates, that is the supreme organ;
- An advice of the foundation, that is the organ of control;
- A committee of ethics and the associative life, that is the disciplinary process;
- A General coordination, that the organ of execution;
Of the local assemblies through Cameroon allowing the members and recipients to come closer and to participate in the life of the foundation.

SOME INITIATIVES
The FIDEPE already achieved individually among others several initiatives and/or in association with other partner’s initiatives:
1 - Education citizen of the motorcycles taxmen of Bafoussam to the code of the road;
2 - Formation of the organizations of the civil society of the west in the VIH mainstreaming;
3 - Advocacy for the young use and the professional formation to the west;
4 - Yard youth 2008 - education to intercultural behavior and the eco-citizenship;
5 - Decentralization and involvement of the young to the governance and to the local development;
6 - Creation of a center of reference of information, monitoring and education of the young of Bafoussam on the VIH;
7 - Campaign of initiative against the climatic changes in Cameroon.
